Big Green Community Garden Grant

Big Green is granting gardens to community spaces to increase local food production and expand access to fresh, healthy, and culturally relevant foods. Through this product donation, selected organizations will receive Big Green gardens, including garden beds, soil, and irrigation support, to grow more food for and with their communities.

Note: This is a product donation only. No cash awards will be given.
Schools are not eligible; however, community organizations that work with schools may apply if food is grown for the broader community, not solely for school use.

Why It Matters

Community gardens are powerful tools for change. They:
    • Build food security and self-reliance
    • Support environmental and cultural resilience
    • Bring neighbors together through shared purpose
    • Grow leadership and skills from the ground up
